How does this diet work?

How much weight can I lose following your program?

Are sugar free chewing gums and candies allowed?
Sorry, no. Even if sugar free, their content negatively affects the slimming process.
Can I change the order of my meals?
Changing the given order of your meals is not allowed because this diet is based on precise biochemical calculations, therefore an alteration of the structure of the menu, even only in the order the food is taken, would cause a change in the expected results.
It is however possible, if you are unable to find the ingredients needed, or you simply don't like the recipe, to request a new set of prescriptions for the whole day.
It is stated that there's not limit to the food intake. Why then in some recipes is specified the quantity of certain ingredients?
The quantities indicated are purely indicative, and their solely purpose is that to maintain the correct ratio among all the other ingredients.

I would like to combine some physical activity to my diet, can I?

In fact, whenever the body is subjected to a considerable physical effort, the muscles at work produce the well-known lactic acid which, flowing through the blood, reaches the liver and turns into glucose.
At this point it is ready to return, through the blood, to the muscles.
The glucose passes through the blood and reaches the pancreas triggering the insulin secretion.
This, as already explained, will block those enzymes working to metabolize fatty acids.
Whenever the presence of glucose molecules is necessary, as for instance under stress during a training, the process of gluconeogenesis takes place. In other words, new glucose is created (in this case to feed the muscles at work) and triggers this whole drill stopping the weight loss process.
First Phase
During the First Phase, i.e. the slimming phase, the Losenjoy Food Program discourages physical activities that put the muscles under too much stress, as it would be counterproductive.
Second Phase

Isn't salt good for your heart?
What is essential for the proper performance of the cardiovascular function is sodium, which is mostly present in fruits and vegetables.
Sodium chloride (NaCl formula) is very different and is commonly called salt.
It has no vital function in the human body and is actually harmful.
In fact, sodium chloride allows glucose to pass directly from the intestine to the blood, triggering an excessive and unhealthy production of insulin, culprit of the majority of food pathologies and the production of fat molecules.

Wait, doesn't fried food make you fat?
They made us believe that fried food stimulates the production of cholesterol and also makes you fat, but as previously specified, the only culprit of the production of fat and cholesterol is insulin (actually, only 20% of the production of cholesterol our body makes is caused by the food we eat).
Thanks to this diet, you will be able to keep insulin under control and eat fried food without gaining weight.

I'm suddenly constipated, is that normal?
It is quite common to experience constipation when a sudden change of eating habit takes place.
This happens because our body needs to re-educate itself to assimilate and expel new food combinations.
During the First Phase, even though I respected my food prescriptions, I gained weight. Why?
Sometimes, during the First Phase, a weight gain happens. It is often just a minimum gain but it can occur even following meticulously the menu.
This is more than often linked to hormonal changes, more commonly during premenstrual and menstrual times, or in the event of the aforementioned constipation cases.
